The price includes

The furnished rental
Water and electricity up to 8 kw/h per day
Access to WIFI (via fibre)
Baby kit available on request (folding bed with changing table, high chair, bathtub)
Ecological household products, Ecolabel toilet paper
Provision of dish cloth and bath mats.

The price does not include

Heating and air conditioning
Electricity above 8 kw/h per day (cost confirmed at booking)
Charcoal for the barbecue
The 500 € deposit (not cashed, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if there is no damage)
Holiday insurance
Tourist tax (1,44 € for 2025 per night and per person over 18 years, to be paid at the end of the stay)
The optional services opposite.

Optional services

Rental of sheets and pillowcases: 15 € / bed
Rental of bathroom linen (bath sheet and towels): 8 € per person
Cleaning service at the end of your stay: 68 €.

Conditions

Maximum number of persons: 4
Rental period: from January to December
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, 1 week minimum during July and August
All other periods : arrival and departure the day of your choice, with 3 nigths minimum
Animals not allowed
No smoking, no vaping

Terms of payment

Deposit

Deposit of 25% of the total amount of the rental, at the time of booking.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

Payment of the balance of the rental 30 days before date of arrival. If the payment is made by bank transfer, copy of transfer to be sent to the owner.

Deposit

A deposit of 500 € must be paid on arrival. It will be returned at the end of the rental period, after deduction of the cost of repairing the property if any damage is found.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE THE SHEETS INCLUDED?

No, the price does not include the rental of sheets, but you can have them as an option (as well as towels). However, kitchen towels, hand towels in the ground floor toilet, and carpets in the two bathrooms are provided.

IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?

There is a car park near the gite.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO HIKING DIRECTLY FROM THE GITE?

Yes, there are several options for short walks from the gite, to discover Thégra and its surroundings, or more depending on your motivation...
